Amrit Kaur was our lovely model for the Professional Photographers Association of Canada (PPOC) conference last weekend. Amrit was dedicated to helping us create some beautiful images. Amrit is a Calgary model with goals of competing in Miss Canada and I am cheering her on. The full day workshop with Rick Friedman learning different lighting techniques was inspiring and his enthusiasm contagious. Rick has been a photojournalist for over three decades based in Boston and travels the world photographing for numerous publications and corporations.
