When I went out for the day I had an idea of what I would like to photograph if the horses gave me the opportunity. And this is one of the images I wanted to capture. I think artists in general always see what could of been better but when I look at this image I love it. His long main with bits of spruce trees tangled in, the grey hair showing his seasoned life and his inquisitive stare. He is a beauty.
